Team managers handle the organizational and communication work that keeps a team running smoothly.


Role Summary

The team manager works alongside the coach to:

  • Communicate with parents about schedules and logistics
  • Coordinate parent volunteers
  • Manage snack schedules and team events
  • Handle picture day and trophy distribution
  • Ensure required forms are collected

The key to success is delegation. Many tasks can be shared with other parents on the team.
