Player Ratings
Coaches in 10U-14U divisions rate every player on their roster at the end of each season. These ratings support balanced team creation and All-Stars selection.
Why Ratings Matter
Ratings help the region:
- Create balanced teams the following season
- Identify players for All-Stars consideration
- Track player development over time
Rating Scale
- 11 = Best player in the division
- 5 = Average for the division
- Compare players across the entire division, not just your team
Rate players against others of the same birth year.
What to Include
For each player, provide:
Rating
Follow the Player Assessment Guidelines (auto-calculate ratings based on your observations).
