Practices begin the first week of September and run once weekly for most age groups.
Practice Schedule
- Practices are assigned by the region based on field availability
- You must use only your assigned day, field, and time slot
- Violating field assignment policies results in coach suspension
Field Information
Before your first practice:
- Check the Fields page for your location details
- Note information about lighting, gates, and parking
- Know who to contact if issues arise
Teams may temporarily use adjacent empty spaces during practice, but those spaces may become unavailable at any time.
Practice Length by Division

Requirements
A fully certified coach must be present for all practices. If you cannot attend, arrange for another certified coach to cover.
